Dave
Comstock is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University. After military
service, he attended Case Western Reserve University of Law where he
graduated in 1959. He then began practicing law in Youngstown, Ohio.
He has been involved in a number of community and professional
activities, and is a former president of the
Mahoning County Bar Association.
He has been a member of the Executive Committee of the
Ohio State Bar Association and
is a member of the American Bar
Association. He has been a Trustee of the
Ohio State Bar Foundation, a Fellow
of the American College of Trial
Lawyers and a member of the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys
and the International Association of
Defense Counsel. He is listed in the
Best Lawyers in America.
He practices in the areas of Health Law, Malpractice Law and General
and Civil Litigation.
