Doug
Kress’ practice is focused on the areas of Medical Malpractice
Defense, Insurance Defense, Automobile Liability, Premises Liability,
and General Civil Litigation.
He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of
Akron in 1991. He then graduated cum laude from the University of
Toledo College of Law in 1994, where he served as a technical editor
for the Law Review. He has been a member of Comstock, Springer and
Wilson since 1994, and a principal since 2001.
He is a member of the Mahoning
County, Columbiana County, Ohio
State and American Bar
Associations, and he is licensed practice in all Ohio courts, the
United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and
the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
