Larry
Springer attended the College of Wooster, graduating in 1958. He
graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1961. He is
licensed to practice in all Ohio courts, the Northern District of Ohio
Federal Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United
States Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Mahoning County, Columbiana County,
Ohio State
and American Bar Associations. He was a member of the Council of
Delegates of the Ohio State Bar Association from 1990 to 1999 and a
member of its Board of Governors from 1996 to 1999. He is a Fellow of
the American College of Trial Lawyers, and presently serves on the
State Committee. He is also a member of the
American Judicature
Society and the
Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.
In addition to his professional associations, he has been active in
local community activities including the
Boardman Kiwanis Club which
he served as president in 1971-1972, as well as Lieutenant Governor of
the 21st Division in 1974-75. He was a member of the Boardman Board of
Education for 16 years (1982-1998) which included three terms as
president. He is currently serving as president of the Youngstown
Club.
Larry Springer’s areas of concentration are in Health Law, Malpractice
Law, and General and Civil Litigation.
